Serving a Batch of Mulled Wine this Winter Season

Drink Recipes IJWDC Products

IJWDC Gift Shop was inspired to make a batch of yummy mulled wine based on one of our soy wax candles, Mulled Wine. Mulled wine is made with red wine, spices including nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon, sugar, and orange zest, and it is often served with slices of orange and cranberries.

This famous wine originated in the 2nd century and was created by the Romans who would heat wine to help defend their bodies against the cold winter weather.

We’d like to thank Ina Garten from the Food Network  for her mulled wine recipe. It is just sweet enough with layers of complex flavor that will wow your tastes buds.
